Position: Utility & water station Engineer Section Head

Job Description
- Monitor and Recording of daily operational parameters by following the cGDP
- Knowledge of SCADA / PLC operating ed systems and Taking the daily printouts as per the related SOP.
- Understanding and Execution of SOP procedures.
- Monitor and Preparation of all Chemicals (station & cooling tower) solutions as per SOP .
- Performing the Purified Water Generation & Distribution system systems Sanitization as per schedule.
- Perform the operations Activities as per the schedule and maintain the system without Break downs.
- Responsible to follow safety guidelines during work.
- Training technicians to operator regeneration, sanitization and monitor the water station.
- All work must be completed following cGMPs, SOPs, job plans, and company policies.
- Â Review and revise related SOPs and job/work plans for work-related areas
- Be prepared to give recommendations on utility equipment purchases.
- Basic understanding of building management system (BMS) control philosophies, components, and sequence of operations.
- Conducts performance tests, collecting and analyzing operating data, and developing operational plans and equipment recommendations to optimize performance.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&lDs. Ability to update as required for change control and accuracy.
- Support and adhere to site safety goals, procedures, requirements, and initiatives.
- Help develop operating procedures.
- Ensure that operational log and work order documentation are completed with accurate information.
- Ensuring the Work area is always in Hygienic condition.
Job Requirements
- Engineering or Science degree or equivalent is required.Â
- 5-7 years experience in same position in pharmaceutical fieldsÂ
- Proficiency in GMP, and GDP.
- CAPA and RCA skills
- Monitor and Preparation of all Chemicals (station & cooling tower) solutions as per SOP .
- Responsible for following safety guidelines during work..
- Proficiency in Microsoft office skills.
